Want Unicenter ServiceDesk software to install on my PC. How to get these installation files? Is there an online link available?

The software can't be downloaded like any regular application because you will need to contact the developers first since it's a web based service and it's installed on a dedicated server. I believe the pricing is also high and setting up requires extensive knowledge since it's a help desk application.
